Grey’s Anatomy Cast Member Homophobia

Isaiah Washington may have finally issued a public apology for his homophobic rhetoric regarding Grey’s Anatomy castmate T.R. Knight, but it certainly doesn’t end there. A well-placed source just told me that Washington will have a face-to-face sit down with the entire Grey’s cast tomorrow where his coworkers plan to tell him how they feel about his behavior. "It’s a meeting so he can hear them all out," my source says. "And it will go on as long as it needs to go." My source says ABC executives are not expected to attend. Meanwhile, it’s no surprise that the battle is on to land the first post-apology interview with Washington. And if and when that happens, count on it being with an ABC news outlet. Chances are it will come down to either Barbara Walters or Diane Sawyer, and my source predicts that Sawyer will score. "If he does go on TV, don’t be surprised if he ends up on Good Morning America," my source says. "But he’s not doing anything until this is all straightened out."

Dancing With The Stars Returns March 19!

Dancing With the Stars or American Idol? ABC said Sunday that its scheduling means you won’t have to choose. The dance contest will air at 8 p.m. Mondays and 9 p.m. Tuesdays, starting in March. The regular Tuesday slot for Fox’s American Idol will be 8 p.m. Tuesdays. "I think our fans would have been upset, Idol fans would have been upset if we had put them head to head," Steve McPherson, president of ABC Entertainment, told TV critics on their winter tour. ABC will announce the celebrity competitors on Good Morning America. But McPherson gave no date for the announcement and said the network is just halfway through the selection process. In a release, ABC said the show’s start date would be March 19. But ABC is likely to offer a March 18 preview, McPherson said. The show proved a major fall hit for ABC, which is owned by the Walt Disney Co. In other news: McPherson dismissed the Donald Trump-Rosie O’Donnell feud, which started on ABC’s The View. "To me, the entire thing is stupid," McPherson said. "It’s a publicity stunt for Trump."

Ugly Betty “Sofia’s Choice”

Not too long ago Betty quit Mode to go work for Sofia. In the previous episode "Sofia’s Choice" Sofia revealed to everyone, including Daniel that she was just using him for a magazine article. Betty and Christina go to investigate before all of that and they go to the strip club where Hunter works after Betty sees Sofia hand Hunter a big wad of cash in front of it. They go question him and he tells that he was hired to act like Sofia’s boyfriend for part of the whole plot of using Daniel. Sofia said that you must be unavailible to get someone to propose to you within 60 days, along with many other things. Betty figures that Sofia was just using her just as she did Daniel, after she revealed that she was using him, and Betty quit Sofia’s magazine.

“Help Me, Help You” Might be Done Airing!?

Filed under: ABC, Help Me, Help You

I’m really getting pissed off at ABC. Another good show down the drain. Help Me, Help You was an awesome show. It was halarious. 4 of 13 episodes didnt air. I hadn’t seen Bay Break but this show was good. ABC is cancelling everything. It’s actually on hiatus but when they’re shows go on hiatus, they don’t usually come back. This is retarded. This show went though multiple individuals with multiple problems. The went to group therapy and told they’re stories to each other. And they’re stories were halarious! It went through a guy that was tired of guys walking around naked in the locker room and he took charge and yelled at them. It showed a Chinese girl, my personal favorite character, she was told to do things in therapy such as lick a pole on a city transporation bus, and eat other peoples food out of public garbage cans. This show was halarious and I just don’t understand what ABC is doing cancelling all of theses shows. I really hope this comes back on the air. ABC has few good shows and this was one of them. Lost, Ugly Betty, and this is about it. They do have a couple more good ones. At least Lost and Ugly Betty aren’t going anywhere. I hope they come to they’re senses and air the last 4 episodes of the series and just be done and not order a season 2. What bad could it do. Show being played more makes them more popular. They obviously don’t know that.

Ugly Betty Retuns This Thursday!

ABC’s new original comedy "Ugly Betty" returns with all new episodes Thursday, January 4th at 8/7c. Ugly Betty resumes this thursday with the episode "Swag".

111 - Swag
When Christine announces she’s getting ready to clean out "the closet," Mode’s repository of high fashion clothes and accessories, the assistants whip themselves into a frenzy over who will get the cast-off swag. But Betty is too busy to even think about this perk: A $20,000 expense report she filed for Daniel has been rejected and his credit card cut off, making it impossible for him to wine and dine an important Japanese designer, Oshi (guest star Kurando Mitsutake). Meanwhile, her dad’s HMO has suspended his insurance.

New “Lost” Timeslot?

ABC is moving "Lost" out of the way of the "American Idol" juggernaut. Alphabet’s January sked, set to be unveiled later today, has "Lost" moving to Wednesdays at 10 when it returns Feb. 7, insiders said. Shift ensures the third-year skein won’t have to battle the Fox behemoth. A year ago, "Lost" took a notable ratings hit once "Idol" returned. Skein has held steady in the ratings this fall vs. last spring, but ABC execs clearly don’t want to take the chance of further slippage. Net’s affils should be happy with the shift. With "Lost" at 10 p.m., ABC will be delivering local stations their best numbers for the slot in years. ABC isn’t completely backing away from "Idol," however. Net has decided to slot its buzzworthy laffer "Knights of Prosperity" Wednesdays at 9 p.m., directly against the "Idol" results show. It’ll be paired at 9:30 with another new comedy, "In Case of Emergency." New laffer block is set to debut Jan. 3, a month before "Daybreak" was set to end its run. Skein may shift to 10 p.m. Wednesday before "Lost" premieres, though it’s more likely it’ll simply be yanked at the end of December or moved to another night. ABC will round out its Wednesday lineup with new episodes of "George Lopez" and "According to Jim" from 8-9 p.m. Net will double-pump "Jim" for a few weeks, with "George" bowing Jan. 24 at 8 p.m. On Tuesdays, "Show Me the Money’ will shift to 8 p.m. on Jan. 2. It’ll be paired with "Big Day" and "Help Me Help You." Latter laffer may eventually be replaced by newcomer "Notes from the Underbelly," though no decision has been made. ABC’s Sunday, Monday and Thursday skeds will remain unchanged for now. At some point, net will have to make room for the return of "Dancing with the Stars." On Fridays, ABC will continue to vamp with repeats. Saturday will be a mix of movies and specials. Still on the bench: six episodes of "The Nine" and "Six Degrees."

Day Break Cancelled?

After 6 of 13 episodes of ABC’s Day Break aired, the show was cancelled. Day Break was supposed to be a 13 week hiatus for lost before it’s return on February 7th. ABC said that the rest of the series would be online for people to watch but never happened. It still might but who knows. I would say it was unsuccessful, wouldn’t you?
